Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing, how we work, and what to do if you’re on web hosting.

How is the price set?

By page count. Up to 20 pages KRW 300,000, 21–30 pages KRW 500,000, 31–50 pages KRW 1,000,000 (VAT excluded). For one-page sites, each scrolling screen counts as 1 page. How we count pages

Isn’t it enough to just raise the PHP version?

Old sites have a lot of code that throws errors on new PHP. We fix the code that breaks while upgrading, confirm the key features work, then swap the site in.

I use Cafe24 or Gabia web hosting. Do I still need this?

Yes. Your host manages only the server’s PHP. PHP 8.1 and older get no official update, and hacking files planted before the patch aren’t removed by the patch. We also handle checking your site files and admin accounts, and fixing whatever breaks when the version is migrated.

Does updating GNUBoard or WordPress to the latest version fix it?

No. The flaw is in the server’s PHP engine. Even if you update your website software, you stay vulnerable while the server’s PHP is unchanged.

Am I done once I patch?

If a web shell was already planted during the pre-patch exposure window, hackers can keep getting in after the patch. If your server has been open since before 10/20, we recommend a trace inspection and rotating passwords and keys.

Will my site go down during the work?

The shield (A) causes almost no downtime. Server patching takes a few seconds to a few minutes for the restart. We can schedule around your business hours.

How do I hand over server access details?

After the quote is confirmed, we receive them via a separate secure channel our staff will explain. Don’t put passwords in the inquiry form, text messages or messengers. After the work, we’ll ask you to change your passwords.

Can you issue a tax invoice?

Yes. Give us your business details at payment and we’ll issue one.

We’ll upgrade your old PHP. Up to 20 pages for KRW 300,000.
