Privacy Policy
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, Global Vision Co., Ltd. (AI Division) (the “Company”) maintains the following policy to protect users’ personal information and to handle related complaints promptly.
1. Information Collected and Purpose

2. Retention Period
Detailed visit statistics records: 90 days. Consultation information: 1 year after the consultation ends. Payment records: 5 years, as required by Korea’s Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Server access details and analysis materials received during the work: destroyed within 30 days after the work ends.
3. Disclosure to Third Parties and Outsourcing
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except where required by law or with the user’s consent. Necessary information may be provided to a payment service provider to process payments.
4. Users’ Rights
Users may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of their personal information. Requests made via the contact details below will be handled without delay.
5. Security Measures
We minimize access privileges, require administrator authentication, retain access logs, store materials encrypted, and destroy them within the required period.
